Evaluation of three homes in the community for exterior maintenance.
Poorly maintained homes also reduce property values by negatively affecting curb appeal. Metropolis clients have the option of requesting full community inspections on a regular basis for maintenance violations of the Declarations, Covenants, and Bylaws of the community. These inspections are followed by dissemination of violation letters to offending owners putting them on notice that items found in the inspection must be remedied.
